Best time to visit Arunachal:
Arunachal Pradesh has nature’s treasures everywhere. Therefore, every season brings its beauty to this state. In summers, the temperature ranges here between 20˚C-28˚C. You can watch floral beauty in the mountain from March to July.
The monsoon fills the lakes with water. The flowing rivers and roaring waterfalls create a charming vibe. Temperature also ranges from 10-20˚C, which is pleasant.
If you want to watch the serene view of snow-capped mountains, visit Arunachal Pradesh from November to December. However, some places may remain unvisited due to snow-covered road blockages.

Day 2: Bhalukpong - Dirang (140 km / 7 hours) | Dirang Sightseeing
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, transfer to Dirang. On the way, visit Tipi on the banks of the river Bharali at an elevation of 190 m. In Tipi there is an orchidarium with over 500 orchids Continue your drive and take a break to visit Nag temple. Keep your cameras with you to capture photos while crossing beautiful waterfalls and watching amazing views. Later Check in to your hotel. Stay overnight in Dirang.
Day 3: Dirang – Tawang (130 km / 5 hours)
Rise and enjoy your breakfast. Drive to Tawang, the Land of Hidden Paradise. Visit Sela Pass (13700 ft) and Sela Lake (frozen most of the time) on the way to Tawang. After that, you can visit Jaswantgarh War Memorial which is 20 kilometres away from Sela pass. Later, take a visit to Nuranng Falls. Check in to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure. Stay overnight in Tawang.
Day 4: Tawang Sightseeing
Wake up with a sumptuous breakfast. After breakfast, visit Tawang Monastery and Urgeling Gompa (6th Dalai Lama's birthplace). Visit the craft center in Tawang that sells beautiful masks, hand-woven carpets, and jewellery in silver, coral, and amber. Spend your evening at leisure. Stay overnight in Tawang.
Day 5: Tawang - Bomdila (170 kms / 8 hours)
Have your breakfast in the morning. After breakfast heading to Bomdila (8,200 ft.). On arrival, check in to the hotel. Later visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gompa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), and Bomdila viewpoint. In the evening, visit the local market and enjoy yourself at your leisure. Stay overnight at Bomdila.
Day 6: Bomdila - Nameri (125 km / 6 hours)
After Breakfast, start your journey to Nameri National Park. Check in to the Eco camp on arrival. In the afternoon explore the nearby area of Nameri Eco Camp. The evening is free for leisure. Stay overnight at Nameri.
Day 7: Nameri - Guwahati (230 km / 6 hours)
After Breakfast, transfer to Guwahati. On arrival check-in at the hotel. The evening has 'Kalakshetra' for you to offer Assamese history and culture is presented through a Light and sound show. Stay overnight at Guwahati.
Day 8: Guwahati - Railway station or Airport Drop
Start your day early with breakfast. After breakfast, visit Kamakhya Temple and local attractions nearby. Then start journey to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your departure and journey onward.

After breakfast transfer to Tawang. On the way, visit the war cemetery. Continue the journey till reaching Sela Pass at an altitude of 4114m or 13494 ft. It is famous for its scenic beauty of high-altitude lakes. Also it is ideal for ice skating during winter. Then visit the waterfall. Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Overnight stay in Tawang
Day 3: Bumla Pass Excursion from Tawang (92 km one way)
After breakfast, visit the Pankang Teng Tso Lake & Sangestar Tso Lake (Madhuri Lake) at an altitude of 14500 ft formed in 1950 after a major earthquake. It is known as Madhuri Lake after the actress who came here for shooting for the film “Koyla”. Then visit the Bumla Pass at an altitude of 15000 ft or 4400 m. It is one of the off-beat passes in the world. Also, referred to as the pass from where Dalai Lama entered India from Tibet. After that, if time permits, then visit the Tawang Monastery in the evening. Stay overnight at Tawang.
Day 4: Tawang – Bomdila (176 Km / 6 hours)
After Breakfast transfer to Bomdila. Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Then visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), and Bomdila View Point. Bomdila offers a wide view of Himalayan landscapes and snow-clad ranges. In the evening you can explore the local market. Then stay in Bomdila.
Day 5: Bomdila - Guwahati Railway station or Airport Drop (335 km / 8 hours)
Start your day early with breakfast. After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. With unforgettable memories, transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward journey.
